What is being asked from Question 1?
8 statements are provided that are based within a certain line range (in the first paragraph usually). Only 4 of the statements are true. Where they are true, the order in which the statements are set is the order that the text provides the info needed.

This is the persuasive writing question based on a given statement and you say whether you agree or disagree with it. Key thing is DO NOT be on the fence with your viewpoint: pick a side and stay on that side.
