Question 2 is very confusing due to the fact that answers 2 and 3 are all types of employees that are available to to employers besides zero-days because its zero hours. But hen on the correct answer you put zer hours, and that confused me. Maybe I'm a simpleton I don't know but it just confused me. And also I couldn't really tell the difference between answers 2, 3 and 4. Sorry if I'm being fussy :) xoxo
