Population
all the organisms of one species, who live in the same place at the same time, and can breed with one another.

Community
all the populations of different species, who live in the same place at the same time, and can interact with one another.

Biotic factor
an effect on an organism that is the result of other living organisms in the ecosystem (e.g. predation, infection, food supply)
6 of 11
Abiotic factor
an effect on an organism that is the result of non-living components of an ecosystem (e.g. pH, temperature, soil type)
