UK tax returns can now be made online, making them much easier for the Inland Revenue to process as all data entry is carried out by the taxpayer.
Car tax can also be renewed online, meaning fewer administration staff are needed at the physical DVLA depot to process new car tax, as it is automated through filling an online application in.

Many booking reservation companies have set up business online, allowing customers to make flight booking, concert bookings etc.
