A common symptom is angina. When an area of your heart does not get enough oxygen, it can feel like a squeezing pressure. It can be calmed when resting, and aggravated when exercising

What is another symptom of CHD?
Another symptom is shortness of breath. It occurs when the lungs fill up with fluids, as the heart can't pump enough blood to meet the demand of your body

What is the final symptom of CHD?
Cardiac arrest is the most fatal symptom. It occurs when the flow of blood is cut off to a part of the heart

1. Smoking - can be overcome by quitting, reducing the number of cigarettes you smoke, or by not starting in the first place

2. High cholesterol - can be overcome by eating foods that lower your cholesterol (e.g. Flora Proactive) or by taking pills (such as statins)

3. Lack of exercise - can be overcome by doing exercise and by walking more instead of using a car
