The range of movement possible at a joint eg. Diving, Gymnastics, Badminton

Body Compostion
The percentage of body weight that is fat, muscle and bone eg. Shot Put, High Jump, Sumo

Agility
The ability to change the position of the body and maintain control eg. Badminton, Rugby, Football

Balance
The ability to hold the centre of mass of the body above the base eg. Gymnastics, Hammer Throw, Triple Jump

Co-ordination
The ability to use two or more body parts together eg. Cricket, Football, Tennis

Power
The ability to apply strength quickly. Power = Strength x Speed eg. Swimming, Shot Put, Boxing

Reaction Time
The time between the presentation of a stimulus and the onset of movement eg. Swimming, Sprinting, Football

Speed
The rate at which an individual can perform a movement or cover a distance in a period of time eg. Sprinter, Long Jump, Javalin
