When is best for a dancer to eat?
A small meal 2 hours before a show gives them enough time for digestion. Pasta/sandwiches containing complex carbohyrdrates ensure slow steady relase of energy.

A gradual physical and mental preparation for greater exertion which increases the heart rate, temp of the muscles thereofre improving flexibility and ability to contract, reaction speed, blood sugar and adrenalin levels

Pulse raiser, mobiliser, stretch and a focus.
