How is homogenised milk made?
Milk is forced through tiny holes under great pressure so fat globules are broken and can't reform, they then spread through the milk so there is no cream on top

How is sterilised milk made?
Homogenised, bottled, sealed and heated to 110*c for 30 minutes, which alters the taste

How is evaporated milk made?
Water is evaporated off making it more concentrated, it's homogenised and sealed in cans then sterilised at 115-120*c for 10 minutes, which alters the taste

How is dried milk made?
By spraying milk into a hot chamber

Why do manufactures use dried milk?
Less bulky, will keep for several months, no chance of bacteria growth

How is pasteurised whole milk made?
Heated to 72*c for 15 seconds and cooled rapidly to 10*c or below before being packaged

It's pasteurised and has all the cream removed
