Capitalism by its very nature causes crime

Damaging to the proletariat and causes them to turn to crime.

Poverty- crime may be the only way they can survive- turn to utilitarian crime

Consumer goods- crime may be the only way to obtain consumer goods encouraged through capitalist advertising- turn to utilitarian crimes.

Alienation- This results in lack of control over their own lives leading to frustration- non utilitarian crimes.
