To keep everything organised, To protect weak from strong, to keep everything fair and to know the behaveour to expect from tohers

BIble says God is a God of justice, the golden rule, jesus treated people justly (adulterous woman) and 'those who fight for justice will be granted into kingdom of heaven

UK abolished it in 1965 and 1999 britian said it would never be reintroduced

Deterant, form of protection for society, justice - for family or victim and stop them from doing it again

Wrongly convicted, methods are too brutal, it doesnt work (countries dont have it and crime rate is lower) and executed terrorists could become matrys
