Contract Law - The Contents of a Contract

When a valid contract has been established, it is then important to establish what the parties are contractually obliged to do and the court considers everything the parties did and said when the contract was made.

These are terms (or clauses) of a contract. It is important to consider how a statement can be identified as a term of the contract and the nature and effect of particular types of term.
