defendant filled his car up with petrol, realised he had forgotten wallet, at the time he intended to pay, but when he realised he did not have his wallet he made a run for it

defendant beat up a women after she mocked his performance, thought she was did so threw her off a cliff, she actually died of drowning

at the time he only had mens rea but later on he had actus reus so he was only liable for manslaughter
