-Germany would be split into four zones -Free elections would be held in all Eastern European countries -The United Nations would replace the League of Nations

What changed in the Potsdam Conference?
Roosevelt had died so was replaced by Harry Truman, Atlee was voted for instead of Churchill. This increased tension as the three leaders didn't get along as well as the last three, Stalin also had different idea of what he wanted.
