3 or more of: restlessness or feeling on edge, easily fatigued, difficulty concentrating, irritability, muscle tension, sleep disturbance

need to wake up for predators (sleep difficulties), being on edge so able to fight or flight at any time, less likely to take risks esp if easily fatigued, if have difficulty concentrating more able to react to things, muscle tension prepares for fig
