Those that are affected by the environment, they need to be constantly adapted by the performer to meet requirements e.g. dribbling in football

Variable practice and dirtributed practice.

what is a closed skill?
Thise that are not effected by the environment they do not need to be adapted because the situations around the performer are stable e.g. a penalty in football.

Massed practices and fixed practices.

Those that are simple, little thought, not much information to be processed, little decision making required e.g. running
