Which claims are placed on the small claims track and where are they heard?
They are heard in the county court by a district judge in their office. Claims on this track will be up to £5000, £1000 if personal injury.

Which claims are placed on the fast track and where are they heard?
The fast track deals with claims between £5000 and £25000. They are heard in the county court by a circuit judge.

Describe the multi track
If the claim is £25000 - £50000 it will be heard in the county court. If the claim is over £50000 or complex it will be heard in the Queens Bench Division of the High Court by a High Court judge.

From the county court where can the claimant appeal to?
County Court - District Judge, to a Circuit Judge, to the High Court. Further appeal could be made to the Court of Appeal could be made with permission and a good chance of success.

From the high court where can the claimant appeal to?
High Court to the Court of Appeal and then a further appeal could be made to the Supreme Court with permission and it must be of general public importance.
