1.Draw up a bill 2.First Reading 3.Second Reading 4.Committee stage(Change small parts of the bill) 5.Report stage and third reading 6.Repeated in the lords 7.Goes back to Commons 8.Royal assent(sings it off) 9.It is now an act of parliament
