What supplies the heart with oxygen?
The coronary arteries.

The Vena Cava brings the deoxiginated blood into the heart and the pulmonary artery takes the blood to the lungs.

Blood is pumped out of the heart by the ventricles and to stop backflow of the blood, the heart has valves that close to make sure it's going in the right direction.
