What does the circulatory system do?
Carries food and oxygen to every cell in the blood and it carries waste products to where they can be removed from the body.

What is the circulatory system made up of?
The heart, blood vessel and blood

What is the double circulatory system?
Two circuits joined together; the right ventricle and the left ventricle

What does the right ventricle do?
Pumps deoxygenated blood to the lungs to take in oxygen. The blood then returns to the heart.

What does the left ventricle do?
Pumps oxygenated blood around all the other organs. the blood gives up its oxygen at the body cell and the deoxygenated blood returns to the heart to be pumped out to the lungs again.
