How can it be caught?
Unprotected vaginal, oral and anal sex. Genital contact with an infected individual

Symptoms
Pain passsing urine, change in vaginal discharge, pain during sex, infertility, lower abdominal pain

Diagnosis
Women - Urine test, swab of the lower vagina. Males - urine test, swab of the opening of the urethra at the tip of the penis

Treatment
Antibiotics - Azithromycin and Doxycycline

Prevention
Use protection, annual health care, chlamydia testing, tracing sexual partners

Transmisson
Contact: unprotected vaginal, anal, oral sex and genital contact with infected individual.
