Telegraphic isn't the 'one-word' stage, the correct answer should be 'three+ words combined'. 

Like 'Bethan' said 'you're incorrect!!'

I agreeeeeee with the guys here, the one-word stage is the holophrastic stage surely, which funnily enough is the question before the telegraphic one hahaha.

Telegraphic stage is 3+ words combined! so unfortunatelyyyyy "you're incorrect!!" :')

There is a lot of incorrect answers in this quiz...I wouldn't use it as a revision tool unless you want to learn wrong.
