T39- What are examples of slow, medium and fast reactions?
slow- the rusting of iron. Medium- the reaction of a metal with an acid. Fast- an explosion.

temperature, Concdentration, or pressure of a gas. Catalyst, size of particles or surface area.

ROR= amount of product used or products formed/ time taken

T39- Describe and explain the precipitation method of recording rates of reaction.
When the product form is a precipitate, the precipitate will cloud the solution. Therefore you would place a marker in the solution and time how long it takes to disappear from view. inaccurate as you might dispute about when the marker 'disappears.'

T39- Describe and explain the change in mass experiment of rates of reaction
As a gas is released from a reaction the mass is reducing. the faster the reading on the balance drops, the faster the rate of reaction. When the mass stops changing, the reaction has stopped.

T39- Describe and explain the volume of gas given off experiment of rates of reaction.
The bigger the volume of gas given off in a set time interval, the faster the reaction. You could collect and measure the gas collected in a gas syringe (nearest mm) or using water displacement. graph = gas volume against time elapsed.

T39- What do different lines on a time-product formed (rate,) graph
The lines will peak at a certain volume, if they peak at the same volume, the same amounts of products are equal in each, as they all produce equal amounts of products. the gradient of the line before may be steeper due to catalysts or SA etc.
