Why did Britain follow a policy of Appeasement in the years 1925-37?
British economy were weak, sympathy towards Germany, lack of allies, little threat, public opinion and military stratergy (ie. 10 Year Rule, ect.)

What and when was the Dawes Plan?
1924; a plan aimed to stabilise German economy to enable them to repay reparations. The Ruhr was returned to German occupation, Germany given 800 Million Gold Mark loan from the US, and reparation repayments rescheduled.

What and when was the Locarno Pact?
1925; a plan aimed to improve relations between France and Germany and ensure resolution by negotiation. Germany agreed to respect it's Western borders with France and Belgium, and to not attempt to change Polish and Czechoslovakian borders by force.
