What is the main function of the cerebral arteries?
To supply the brain with blood

What regions does the middle cerebral artery supply?
The tip of the temporal lobe and the lateral surface of the frontal, parietal and temporal lobes. Meaning is supplies the sensory cortex, motor cortex, Broca's area and Wernicke's area

The occipial lobe and the underside of the temporal lobe, including the visual cortex.
