Create shared space at five ways and pan tiles, with bus lanes only and priority for pedestrians.

What else has occurred?

Out of town shopping increased at high brooms. Recently, new asda created traffic congestion, A21 to be dual carriageway between tonbridge and pembury to improve traffic.

How are they improving traffic?

Bus lanes enforced from November 2013. Bus 281 High brooms to rust hall become shopper hopper £1 - cheap fares, running from top of CBD to bottom of CBD (historical area, pan tiles)
