State that Enzymes are protein
Enzymes are made from amino acid, and produce protein. It's made by stringing together 100 and 1000 amino acids in a specific order.

Examples of Enzymes & where they're found in the human body: Amylase
Found In Saliva: Breaks Carbohydrates into glucose (Sugar)

Enzymes - Biological Catalysts
Occur inside the cells or are secreted by the cells. Catalase: Enzyme that catalyses the break down of hydrogen peroxide.
