The procedure of Johannson's study
Johansson compared 14 finishes with a control group of 10 cleaners in a Swedish from you. All participants were male. and measured their stress hormones in urine.

This study has high ecological validity is meaning that it can be applied to the real world and can help employees and employees from becoming stressed as well as having distressed caused illnesses.
