be carefull of sharp side, clean short after use, some utensils are difficult to clean (eg whisk) you will need a brush, small utensilsl are expensive to replace store them in a draw so they dont get lost.

serviced reguraly by electrion, should follow manufactured instructions, staff should be trained, should be switched off after use, should not be put where their is a fire hazard, should be cleaned acording to manufactured instruction.

should be dishwasher safe, glass should be handled carefully, should be stored in a cupboard or draw so dont collect dust
