Asset
Something of value like: cash, equipment, inventory, outstanding debts due to balance we paid or buildings. PS: staff can also be considered an asset

The layering that the employees aren’t ranked in one on top of the other. Each down gets smaller and smaller as you go up

Tall: for organisations that like to supervised their employees closely. This wouldn’t fit with an autocratic leadership style OR Flat: suits those organisations that like to encourage flexibility in the workforce therefore motivating employees

Levels of authority for giving instructions and taking instructions within a business

When decision making is kept at the top of the hierarchy eg: head office

When decision making is moved for the top of her hiersrchy and is spread throughout the business often to their branches

Individuals in the business are assigned to teams according to their specialism amen work on a specific project
