What is the difference between desktop and laptops?
Laptops are more portable and wireless whereas desktops have wires and aren't as easy to move around. Desktops usually have better screens with higher resolution

It takes up space, hard to find files, hard to enter data (have to do it by hand), paper can be damaged easily, hard to create backups, harder to keep safe.

Name 3 advantages of a computer based system to store data.
It saves space (everything is stored on one computer), can create backups (several), and you can make it very secure by using firewalls, encryptions, usernames and passwords.
