Difference between budding & mitosis (in animals/plants)?

In budding, cytoplasm divides unequal -leaves 1 cell to grow,whilst other is already full size but in plant/animals new cells are both equal in size-so both grow to full size. nucleus divides in both by mitosis-in yeast-nuclear envelope is intact
