What is Nirvana ? When/How is it reached?
Nirvana is the end of imperfection and the state of perfect peace. Buddhists try and reach Nirvana by meditating and following the Buddhas teachings. Nirvana is reached in life.

What is Karma?
Literally means action or doing. Generally speaking, all good and bad action constitutes as Karma. In it's ultimate sense Karma means all moral and immoral decisions.

What is rebirth conditioned by?
The Karmas of previous lives; good karmas will yield a happier re-birth, bad karmas will produce one which is more unhappy.
