How are enzymes used in washing powders?
biological washing powders contains enzymes, they work better at lower temperatures, they work well in tap water as it is about pH 7, but hard water could damage the enzymes.

it is replaced by chymosin

what is chymosin?
the genes responsible for chymosin were isolated from a calfs stomach cells and put into yeast which then is grown on an industrial scale for chymosin.

sweet manufacturing

how does invertase work?
it changes sucrose into glucose and fructose,which tastes sweeter

by a yeast called- saccharomyces cerevisiae
