What is the Importance of a Balenced Diet ?
An unbalenced diet cause malnutrition either obesity or anerexia. It can cause many definiency diseases for example a lack of iron is caused by anaemia.

What is Obesty ?
It is caused when you take in more energy than your body uses over a long period of time carring this extra weight is not only uncomfortable it can also lead to many serious health problems such as arthritis, diabetes, high blood preasure and heart

Arthritis
Our joints carry the weight of our bodies, the more weight we carry, the harder it is for our joints to work properly. The disease causes painful inflammation, stiffness of the joints. Arthritis sufferes are 60% woman and 40% and 1 in 250 children.

Heart disease
70% of heart disease is caused by obesity. It is when there is a problem with the heart and blood vessels. High blood preasure is a contibuting factor to heart disease.

High Blood Preasure
Additional fat tissue in the body needs more oxegen and nutrients in order to live, the blood vessels to circulate more blood to the fat tissue. This then means the heart has to work harder. More circlualting blood means preasure on cell wall.

High cholesterol is caused by an unblanced diet containing high fatty foods, cholesterol is made in the liver and carried around th ebodyin the blood. High cholesrter
