Humans were thought to of evolved in Africa around 200,000 years ago, evidence shows that they migrated out of africa around 60,000 years ago.

The ice age meant more water was frozen, so sea levels were much lower, this meant people could walk between places that are seperated by water today, low sea meant humans could walk from Siberia in Asia to north america.
