Using IVF - pros:
Fertility treatment, such as IVF allows a couple who are infertile to be able to have a child.

Using IVF - cons:
Some women have bad reactions to the process (abdominal pain, vomiting and dehydration) also there have been some reports of increased chances of cancer and Multiple births can occur if more than one embryo grows into a baby.

Using a surrogate mother - pros:
It allows a couple who cant have children to have a child, and if the mother cannot give birth due to it being too dangerous, she could still have baby.

Using a surrogate mother - cons:
The surrogate mother is legally the mother of the baby until it is adopted to the intended couple, she could keep the child instead of giving it to the couple.

Using IVF with donated eggs - pros:
It allows women who cant produce eggs to have a child, and it prevents the passing down of genetic disorders.

It can be difficult emotionally for the family, knowing that the baby isnt related to the mother genetically.

Injecting women with FSH and LH - pros:
It can help alot of women to become pregnant when they couldnt before.

Injecting women with FSH and LH - cons:
It dosnt always work, so it may have to be repeated which can be expensive. Too many eggs can be stimulated resulting in unexpected multiple pregnancies.
