A group of similar cells that have a similar function. An example would be muscle tissue

Specialised Cells
Cells that may have a particular function. Their structure allows them to carry out this function. Examples include; sperm cells, egg cells and red blood cells.

What is the arrangement?
Similar cells are organised into tissues --> Tissues are organised into organs --> Organs make up organ systems.
