Chloroplasts contain chlorophyll, which is green (making the plant green) and they absorb light energy for food by photosynetheis. They're are found in the green areas of the plant.

Where is the permanent vacuole, what does it have and why is it important?
The permanent vacuole is in the cytoplasm, it is filled with cell sap and it is important for keeping the cells rigid!

In conclusion, how do plant cells differ from animal cells?
Plant cells all contain a cell wall, which animal cells do not. Some plant cells contain Chloroplasts and Permanent Vacuoles, which animal cells do not!
