What cells do meiosis produce?
Meiosis produces cells which have HALF the normal number of chromosomes

What happens before the cell begins to divide?
It duplicates it's DNA

What happens in the first division of the cells?
The chromosomes line up in the centre of the cell

What happens after this?
The pairs are then pulled apart, and divide again. They line up in the middle of the cell, then the arms of the chromosomes are then pulled apart
