By consuming too much energy.The excess energy is deposited in adipose tissues as fat.

The disease of the heart caused by the malfunction of the coronary arteries

The deposition of fatty substance in the wall of the coronary arties,the deposition narrows the size lumen of the artery,this restricts blood flow going to the heart muscle.

Dietery Fibre,Moderate alchol consunption and Eating Oil fish

Explain how salt can contribute to CHD?
Salt lowers the water potential of the blood,as a result more water is held in the blood so blood pressure increases.Hypertension or high blood pressure damages the endothelium layer or the inner lining of the artery.
