Proteins are made up of long chains of small sub-units called Amino Acids.

Antibodies are a group of proteins which form part of the immune system (which is the body's defense system against disease) and are used to help us fight off bacterial and viral infections.

Hormones are proteins which act as chemical reactions. They are secreted from glands and travel through the blood to different target organs
