What are the essential nutrients you need from a balanced diet?
Carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, minerals, water, fibre

Yes.

Why is BMI not always reliable?
Athletes have a lot of muscle, that weighs more than fat. They come out with a high BMI even though they are healthy.
