explain the difference between inhibitory and excitatory neurons
the excitatory neurotransmitter is one that increase the positive charge of the neuron increasing the chance it will fire (dopamine). Whereas an inhibitory neurotransmitter is one that increases negative charge and therefore lower the change it fire
