How could religious upbringing lead to a person believing in God?
Being baptised. Going to a C of E school or catholic school. Praying as a family. Celebrating religious festivals. Going to church or sunday school. Family members telling you about their belief in God.

God is thought to be benevolent, omniscient, omnipotent. This is an argument against the existence of God.

Free will and Evil
Christians say that God gave us free will. This means that we have the right to choose. Christians believe that evil is not a result of God but of the choices that humanity make.
