starts in a key of c minor, consists of rising and falling music over a murky bass

Theme starts in E flat minor THIS IS UNUSUAL, ROMANTIC FEATURE!!! In classical music it would be expected that he moves to E flat major (the relative major) rather than minor

Starts in E flat major (relative major), made up of broken chords. the bass plays an Alberti bass.

What is contained within the development?
Variation on theme A which can be heard most clearly during staccato parts, murky bass is still used, broken octaves used in right hand part. Continuous references to introduction and quite a few modulations.

The 3 established themes appear in turn. Theme A Is in C minor (the same key as the exposition) but themes b and c are in different keys. Theme C also in = C minor. Theme A then returns in the Coda.
