i might just be being stupid but i thought guard cells controlled transpiration not stomata?!?! great quiz anyway! :)

Seemed clear enough to me.

Also, Q5 IMO, is wrong, as I thought there were many different factors that affected transpiration, not just the position of the stomata.

guard cells control the rate of transpiration in a plant, not stomata.

It's the guard cells that control water loss on the leaf, stomata is the name for the holes which the water escapes from. Nice quiz though, some more questions would be nice.
