What is the Cell membrane ?
It seperates the contents of the cell and it's surrounding, controlling what substances, like oxygen, glucose and carbon dioxide go in and out of the cell.

What is Cytoplasm?
Where many of the chemical reactions take place and contains organelles , tiny structures that carry out specific jobs.

What is the Nucleus?
An organelle that contains the DNA of the cell and controls all the activities of the cell.

What is Mitochondria?
Organelles where respiration occurs for the cells energy, they cannot be seen easily using a light microscope with low magnification. by microscopes

Oxygen and glucose react to release energy needed by the cell

What is the difference between animal and plant cells?
Animal cells have cell membrane, cytoplasm, nucleus and mitochondria, however plant cells have all of the above as well as the cell wall, vacuole, cellulose
