What do some micro organisms produce?
Enzymes that pass out of their cells. They are used in industry but cost a lot to produce.

As it is more sweet so less is needed so the foods are less fattening.

To convert starch into sugar syrup to use in these foods.

What is the advantages of using enzymes in industry?
You are able to make reactions happen at a lower temperature and pressure, which reduces energy and money spent on more expensive equipment.
