What do some micro organisms produce?
Enzymes that pass out of their cells. They are used in industry but cost a lot to produce.

What is the advantages of using enzymes in industry?
You are able to make reactions happen at a lower temperature and pressure, which reduces energy and money spent on more expensive equipment.
