Systolic Blood Pressure-the hearts contracts,blood pressure increases Diastolic Blood Pressure-the heart relaxes,blood pressure lowers

What lifestyle factors can affect blood pressure?
Age (blood pressure rises) Diet (salt raises blood pressure) Exercise (regular exercise reduces blood pressure) Weight (more weight means higher blood pressure) Alcohol (lots of alcohol rises blood presure) Stress (stress rises blood pressure)

What problems can high blood pressure cause?
Weak blood vessels burst which can cause a stroke, brain damage and kidney damage

What problems can low blood pressure cause?
Poor blood circulation, dizziness, fainting as the blood doesnt get enough oxygenated lood

When is aerobic and anaerobic respiration used?
Normally you use aerobic respiration but when you exercise and cant get enough oxygen to your muscles you use anaerobic respiration too.

Why does your breathing and pulse rate increase after exercise?
Your breathing and pulse rate increases after exercise because your body needs more oxygen and so you need to breathe quicker.
