The ability of the heart to supply the muscles with oxygen.

measuring oxyfen uptake during exercise, and blood pressure.

Explain how blood is pumped around your body.
- Blood pumped around body by contractions of the heart - Contractions increase blood pressure -Blood leaves heart and flows through arteries -Split into tiny capillaries which take blood to every cell -Blood flows back to heart through veins.
